I believe as all holistic healers do, that when we suffer from physical and mental health issues, we need to consider the whole person. The body, mind, spirit and emotions. To gain optimum health we need to gain proper balance in our lives.


Holistic Practitioners believe a person is made up of independent parts and if one is not functioning properly, all the other parts will be affected. If a person has any imbalances (physical, emotional or spiritual) in their lives, it can negatively affect their overall health.
